You scream, I scream, Patton screamed for Ice Cream!!
San Marcos Dairy Queen store 14583 celebrated Miracle Treat Day with Patton and his family! The store was decorated in all of Patton’s favorite things- Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and of course… ice cream! The entire staff truly went out of their way to make Miracle Treat Day the best day ever for Patton- he even felt like it was his Birthday! Patton ate (and even wore) a Firework Blizzard and loved every bit. We are truly grateful for each and every Dairy Queen for working so hard to make Miracle Treat Day successful and a blast for kiddos like Patton.
A local Dairy Queen Controller was especially touched by Patton’s story, as her daughter suffers from the very same blood disorder he has. When she learned about Patton’s condition she was moved to share about her daughter’s experience being treated at a CMN hospital and just how much this partnership means to her. We are proud to partner with Dairy Queen knowing the lives that we touch through this important work and we’re so thankful to know how meaningful it is to everyone involved.
